Terms of Use

The service

Magic Love Universe gives you a star in a shared universe, meditations in the temple and the texts of the Wisdom library. Some parts are open to everyone; reading the chapters and keeping a star need active access, through a subscription or an invitation.

You must be at least 16 to create an account, and at least 18 to take a subscription.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, so keep that mailbox to yourself. An account is for one person. Tell us if you think someone else has used yours.

Subscription, price and cancelling

The plans, their prices and any tax due are shown before you pay. Payment is taken in advance through Stripe.

A subscription renews automatically for the same term and at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings; your access then continues to the end of the term you paid for, and you are not charged again. After that your star rests, and it returns just as it was if you renew.

Access received by invitation (golden access, or a place in someone's family) is free of charge. It can end if the invitation is withdrawn or the subscription it depends on ends. If you hold golden access and choose to support us with a subscription, that is a paid subscription like any other, not a donation.

Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of taking it, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement, for example an email to office@refarmo.com, before the 14 days are over.

We then refund everything you paid for that subscription, within 14 days of receiving your statement and by the same means of payment, and your access ends.

Not medical advice

The Wisdom library and the meditations are offered for personal reflection and spiritual practice. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and they do not diagnose, treat or cure any illness or condition.

They accompany professional care and never replace it. Do not stop, change or delay a treatment because of anything you read or practise here, and see a doctor about any symptom that worries you. We promise no result for your health.

Your star and your invitations

Your star's name is seen by other members. Choose one that doesn't insult anyone, mislead, or use a name or brand that isn't yours. We may change or remove a name that breaks this.

Invite only people you know and who would welcome an invitation. Do not use the service to harm it or its members, or to reach data that isn't yours.

What you write in the Circle of love

In the Circle of love you can ask for support, and write a message to a member who asked for one. Other members read your request under your star's name; a message is read only by the member it was written for.

Send a request for another person only once that person has agreed to it.

What you write there must not:

• be unkind or hurtful
• name another person or share their private details without their consent
• advertise anything
• be anything other than a request for support, where it is a request

Reports in the Circle of love

Any member can report a request, and the member who asked can report a message written for them. We look at each report. We may remove a request, and we tell the member who asked and those who said they would be there why. A reported message is hidden from the member it was written for until we have looked at it; we then show it again or delete it.

Our content

The texts, music, images and software of Magic Love Universe belong to REFARMO GmbH or its licensors. You may use them for yourself, inside the app. You may not copy, publish, sell or pass them on without our written permission.

Liability

We are liable without limit for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For other damage caused by slight negligence we are not liable, as far as the law allows.

Your statutory warranty rights are not affected. We work to keep the service available, but we cannot promise that it will run without interruption.

Changes

We keep developing the service and may add, change or remove parts of it.

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; the unused part of a paid term is then refunded.

Applicable law

Austrian law applies, without the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory rules and may bring a claim before its courts.
